After-School Fitness Programs Available in Nixa, MO

About the Program

The after-school fitness program at Grappling Concepts Nixa in Nixa, Missouri, offers BJJ, Cardio Kickboxing, Wrestling, and explosive strength and conditioning designed to be safe and fun while challenging your young athletes to be the best they can be.

 

Pick-up is available to elementary school children who attend or can be picked up at Mathews Elementary, Espy Elementary, or Inman Intermediate in Nixa. The program includes pick-up after school, Snacks, and laundered uniforms. 

 

Parents will pick kids up from Grappling Concepts Nixa by 5:30 p.m. For kids who are gym members and choose to stay for our wrestling and jiu-jitsu classes, pick-up is at 7 p.m. Bundled membership rates are available.

The program will be in session on all school days, Monday through Friday. We will not be in session on early-release days, school holidays, snow days, etc.

What's Included
